Squid Down!
Oh yeah, new Squidbowler HEATHER LINDSY (she hasn’t chosen a proper Squid-name yet I don’t think?) had a run-in with an automobile while on her bicycle in Austin, TX just yesterday! She apparently has to (or as I like to think of it, GETS to!) wear a neck brace for like a few MONTHS!? DUDES SHE BROKE HER SKULL AND SOME VERTEBRAE AND SHE IS STILL ROCKING HARD. Here is a photograph greeting card featuring all remaining current Squidbowlers and Squid favorite Paul from Saratoga Lanes; accompanied (of course) with our heartiest well-wishes. JANTERNET took her place tonight (and may do so in the near future) but left before we could get this picture taken.

I also broke my right elbow and had surgery on it, I’ll check with my surgeon when its ok to bowl, or maybe I’ll learn to bowl as a lefty. You can go Ahead and link to whatever post you’d like, thanks for telling me!
Squids on bikes have notoriously bad luck….sheesh!
What was our last bike casualty? Do you mean MOXIE?
It wouldn’t be Squidball without some sort of catastrophic injury.
