Squid Games In Review: 06/30/08 & 07/01/08
Monday, 06/30/08: We did end up having to forfeit the first of our double-header due to lack of female participation, but SERATTI came to help on out and we won the day in the second game, something like 325 to six. Other team was mondo WEAK. SERATTI also got the gameball for her plaid shorts and a few hot snags at third base. Nice work everySquiddy! Props to BEASTOR-X and DONRUSS for fulfilling pitching duty in COOLHAND‘s absence.
Tuesday, 07/01/08: Handfulla dudes were late- or no-shows but we wailed with the help of some players from teams who’d arrived early for the late games. No gameball was distributed for whatever reason, but mega-props to BEASTOR-X for like eighteen homeruns. Final score: Like seven hundred to nothin’, Squids. Boo-yah. Went to Stella Blues afterwards and wailed hard on some Trivia time as well.
